Our Service
This online shop contains current information about the Mikado product line. Your order is normally processed the day after it arrives. You may expect to receive your domestic order within three or four working days.  Shipping times for international orders may vary.  

Registration
New customers: Please go to "Register as new customer" to register.  Upon successful registration you will receive a confirmation email with your login data.

Existing customers:  If you have already shopped with Mikado before - whether online or otherwise – please go to "Login" to login. It is not possible to register twice under the same name with the same email address.

Registered customers can change their login data any time. The system is case-sensitive (upper and lower case).

Shipping Fees
The different methods of shipping are displayed in the online shop, as well as their cost and conditions. The total shipping fees are listed explicitly in your shopping cart. For further information please check our General Terms and Conditions under GTC at the top of the webpage.  
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise, payment must be made in advance to the account stated in the email which you will receive after you have placed your order. For further information please check our General Terms and Conditions under GTC at the top of the webpage.
