This site is currently for information only. If you do not know where you can order your Mikado products, please contact us. In a short while customers living in countries where there is no exclusive Mikado agent will be able to order directly from this site.

Our Service
This online shop contains current information about the Mikado product line. Customers with a shipping address in Germany may use the shopping function to order products. Your order is normally processed the day after it arrives. You may expect to receive your order within three or four working days.  

Registration 
In order to purchase items in this online shop, you must first register yourself. Please go to "Login" to register. If you have already shopped with Mikado before - whether online or otherwise - please use your customer number as your login. You may also contact us to receive your login information. It is not possible to register twice under the same name.  All new customers wil receive a confirmation email with their login data.

Shipping Fees
The listed prices do not include the fee for delivery. This fee varies with the place of delivery, the chosen shipping method and the goods ordered. The different methods of shipping are displayed in the online shop, as well as their cost and conditions. Payment
